FAQs – My Easipay @ Bank and My Easipay @ ATM
1. Q: What is My Easipay?
A: Book on Hold is a new payment service Air Nigeria is offering (in partnership with Interswitch) that enables passengers to make bookings on the Air Nigeria website (www.myairnigeria.com) and pay at any Interswitch partner Bank branch (find list of partner banks below) or at any Quickteller ATM ANYWHERE in Nigeria.
2. Q: How do I use My Easipay?
A: To use My Easipay,you first need to place a booking on hold by making a reservation on www.myairnigeria.com and then selecting the ‘pay later’ button on the Payment options page. After doing this, you would be provided with your six digit alphanumeric PNR as well as a sixteen digit ATM Reference code. You can pay with your PNR at any of the designated banks or with your ATM Reference code at any Quickteller ATMs within 24 hours.
3. Q: Is there a charge for using My Easipay?
A: There is no additional charge for using My Easipay @ Bank; however, there is a N100 convenience charge for each My Easipay @ ATM service. Other normal ATM charges may apply.
4.. Q: I get the PNR and the ATM Reference code, what do I do next?
A: You can either pay at any ISW-partner bank or QuickTeller-enabled ATM.
My Easipay @ Bank:
· Mention to the bank officer that you would like to pay for your Air Nigeria ticket.
· Fill out the bank deposit slip and indicate the ticket fare in the space provided for the deposit amount as well as your PNR on the top of the deposit slip.
· The bank officer would insert the details of the account number for the transaction, immediately process the transaction and provide you with an acknowledgement printout. Please do not leave the bank without collecting the printout as that is the proof that the amount has been posted.
· You will also receive a payment confirmation e-mail from Air Nigeria confirming receipt of payment and ticket issuance.
My Easipay @ ATM:
Insert your Interswitch Verve Card, enter your secret PIN, then Select payment> pay bills> your account type> select airline (other)> insert Air Nigeria’s biller code 213163> insert your sixteen digit ATM Reference code> confirm the required amount for the ticket fare> insert your phone number> complete the transaction and collect the printout as a receipt. You will also receive an SMS confirmation from your bank of the amount deducted as well as an e-mail confirming receipt of payment from Air Nigeria.
